Story: Demons Like Us

I started this story for creative writing class. It ended up being my final paper.
And then I thought about where it could go for awhile, and continued it a year later.
Oddly enough, Nanashi, the catalyst for the second arc, was inspired by a dream. Without her, I don't think the story would even be going anywhere!

Summary

Shyn and Rika Ashati set out on their first unsupervised demon hunt in the Netherworld. The mark is easy enough, but the situation soon goes terribly wrong! If they can escape with their lives, will they ever be the same? And what of this nameless girl?

Ahhh, that was quite the Thanksgiving dinner. My southern relatives really know how to cook up a feast! If I recall correctly, there was a Thanksgiving question in the mail stack...ah, here it is! And it's from my mom.

 Hope you had a happy Thanksgiving, whether it was tasty like mine or off-the-wall like Luna's! It doesn't matter what you eat, but rather who you eat it with.

For anyone outside the US, I hope your Thursday was just awesome.

Actually, all of them went trick-or-treating this year. I managed to repossess most of their kit-kats and reese's.

As for their costumes, well...see for yourself! All of them tried to wear something at least a little related to themselves. For example, Luna is dressed as Princess Luna.

(This is gonna take forever to finish, and by then Halloween will be long gone. I'll probably put up a finished version later.)
