Yes, it's time for more art! I love Dwarf Pony Fortress. Because of it, I will never run out of things to draw!


Here we have Vertex, the captain of half the militia. But really, she does the work of an entire squad! In the most recent siege, she rushed in with her steel whip and decimated half of an entire enemy wave before another pegasus caught up with her. Sure, it ruined my plan to wait until the enemies wandered down the slopes into the traps, but it was hella cool.

I must mention that she's an alcoholic, and is "a nervous wreck." That's what led to her appearance here, singly defending her booze the front gates.

Engraved on the blog is a well-designed image of Trailblazer and a zebra by Thattagen. The zebra is making an excited gesture. Trailblazer is swindling the zebra.

That zebra was SO FUN to draw! Really, more of them should have afros.

True story: In the early days of Moonplot, when trade goods were scarce, I had the ponies carry a bunch of prepared food (cupcakes, muffins, etc) to the trading depot when the first or second caravan arrived. But, since the pastries were made with the meat of recently butchered baby turtles, their value skyrocketed! I was able to trade them for a ton of useful stuff!
